  • One 45 minute virtual visit every 6 months, for a total of 2 doctor visits per year.
  • Unlimited secure messaging with Doctor Erin for ongoing communication.
  • Supplement reviews, wearable analysis, meal and exercise planning, and sick visits amongst other needs.
  • Lab reviews included. Labs at patient cost.
  • Chronic prescription management not included.
• Ideal for patients who are optimized and want to stay that way!
• No more than one visit in a 6 month time period, unless approved clinically by Doctor Erin. Visits do not roll over into the next year.
